To discouragr the drive-through lanes as being utilized as a "shortcuP' access to <br /> 7 Broadway at a reasonable location on the drive-through azea, Bartell shall designate those lanes for <br /> 8 their intended purposes such as"Drive-through Phazmacy and Store Delivery Only". <br /> g 6. Bartell shall install on the phazmacy drive-through lanes a pedestrian waming device <br /> 10 triggered by exiting automobiles which such device shall be acceptable to the City's Traffic <br /> 11 Engineer. <br /> 12 7, The conditions set forth in the Mitigated Detemiination of Non-signficance which is <br /> 13 the subject of this appeal shall be modified, in material resper' 'o conform to this Order. <br /> 14 8. The SEPA appeal filed by William Belshaw is hereby dismissed with prejudice. <br /> 15 9.
