UBC 708.3.1.2.2 requires draft stopping in the attic space. 2. UBC 32063 limits the awning projection over public properry to 7'-0". The drawing indicate 8'- 0". 3. Lighting budget calculations showing compliance �.�ith WSEC, Ch.15 will be required. 4. Structural calculations and revisions will be required for details 3 & 4/S4 to show compliance with UBC 1633.2.5 and also the ability to withstand the 18.2 kip drag force at grid 4D. Provide a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmital of the drawings, your application will be given prioriry and plan review will commence.
