Section 1936.050 provides, in part, as follows: <br /> "Except as exempted in subsection A of this section, no sign shall be <br /> crected, reerected, attached, structurally altered, or relocated by any <br /> person, firm or corporation from and after the effective date of the <br /> ordinance codified in this title without a sign permit issued by the city." <br /> Our records indicete that there has been no permit issued f'or the sign affixed to the front <br /> of the building in which your business is located. <br /> II.
