These deficiencies may be <br /> considered detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the occupants as defined in <br /> the Uniform Housing Code. and the Uni}'ortn Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br /> Buildings. <br /> 1. The window in the bedroom closest to the living room does not meet lhe <br /> sill requirements of 44 inches off the floor. Also, the window does not <br /> meet the requirements for emergenc}�rescue opening dimensions. <br /> 2. The bedroom has not door. <br /> 3. The smoke detector in the unit does not work. <br /> 4• The paint under the counter in the kitchen flakes off into the dishes, <br /> �'� pots, and pans stored on the shelves under the counter. <br /> t <br />� t?yY <br /> 5. In the back bedroom, tiles on the ceiling are falling. <br />�C�t' 6. The window sill height is more than 44 inches off the floor, and the <br /> 6 �i ` windows are broken. <br />� . `,', <br /> 7.
