If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring <br /> without documentation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, I <br /> or 2) Request final inspeaion if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Pleaze respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br /> Department for microfilming without final approval.
