Dust <br /> suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 12.Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 13. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 14. Premise ldentification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street <br /> entry. Buildings shall be cleariy identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br /> Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the <br /> access road. <br /> Address numbers shall be a minimum of 6 inches in height and 3 inches in width. <br /> 15. Fire Flow - Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. <br /> 16. Portable Fire Protection -A portable fire extinguisher with a minimumU.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall <br /> be provided within 75 feet of travel on ali floors of each building during construction and prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> 17. Landscaping in accordance with the City of Everett Zoning Code shall be provided on site. These <br /> plantings must meet the zoning code standards as established in section 35.050.C.1-2, and <br /> outlined below: ; <br /> • A minimum of ten feet (10') or the distance between the building and lot line whichever is less, <br /> must be landscaped with Type III landscaping, along ihe east prope�ty lines. This strip shall <br /> include a mix of trees, shrubs, and groundcover. Trees are required at a ratio of 1 tree every 20' j <br /> on center, and shrubs are required at 5 shrubs per 100 square feet. Lawn may be used for up to � <br /> 75% of groundcover. <br /> • A five foot (5'), Type III landscape strip shall be provided along the north and south property <br /> lines. This strip shall include a mix of trees, shrubs, and groundcover. Trees are required at a <br /> ratio of 1 tree every 30' on center, and shrubs are required at 5 shrubs per 100 square feet. <br /> Lawn may be used for up to 75% of groundcover. The landscape strip along the north property <br /> line may be 100°/a lawn. <br /> • Trees shall be a minimum of six feet (6') in height at time of planting, and shrubs shall be a ; <br /> minimum of hventy-four(24) inches high at the time of planting. � <br /> • A landscape plan shall be submitted at time of building permit submittal. <br /> 18. Signage for the site must be in accordance with �oning Code Standards and a sign permit is <br /> required.
