9. A traffic mitigation fee of$2,700.00 per the City's '1'raffic Mitigation Ordinance, must be paid <br /> prior to bui:ding permit issuance. <br /> 10. A pedestrian c;rculation system for the site must be approved by the Planning Director an� Traffic <br /> Engineer prior to the issuance of any building permits. Walkways must allow pedestrians and <br /> wheelchairs to gain easy access from sidewalks and bus stops to building entrances through the use <br /> of paths which are physically separated from vehicle traffi� and maneuvering areas.
