Here are copies of ihe service request as well as property records and photos. Simon at Oishis was who I was <br /> communicating to and explained that the area is private and we would work with the property owner on sidewalk <br /> replacement and asphalt if he wants to pass this on or give me a phone number. This was 9-10-12 and 1 have not heard <br /> from him since.
