(Please refer to <br /> the at�ached site plan) <br /> If you vould look at the site plan for Go 'N Joy Foods Mart, you would <br /> find that shaded portion of the land located along the North aide of <br /> , our property lying between our property line and the City sidewalk. <br /> Mr. Gonzales had suggested that we ahould try to u[ilize this strip of <br /> land as part oF the development by leasing it from the City for a cer- <br /> tain amount of money. <br /> At tlte present time there is no public improvement as to the sidewalk <br /> + �; and curb and gutter and landscape planter along the North property line. <br /> ��_ ' • And since it is the City Code req�irement as part of the Go 'N Joy Devcl- <br /> -,. opment, that we must inatall new sidewalk curb and gutter, and landscape <br /> � � planter, it would benefit both the City and our Company to lease that <br /> � '' portion of the land left isolated from getting improvement. <br /> '�, ° � Mr. Gonzales was no[ able to give us the exact amount for the lease of <br /> i..�, tha[ land.
