Iie said upon inspection it was found that the building was <br /> open to the public , the roof deteriorated and leaking, ceiling coverings <br /> in the bedrooms loose and falling, evidence of standing water in the <br /> basement, p�umbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom broken or miss- <br /> ing, electrical wiring sub-standard and hazardous and weather protective <br /> qualities of the building deteriorated due L-o broken windows, siding, <br /> qutters, exterior trim and so`fits. <br /> ' John Fawcett representing Cascade Imnrovement Comoany requested a con- <br /> tinuan�e of this resolution as they had just taken over the property <br /> �ecently and were trying to find a buyer so he asked for a 90 day delay. <br /> Moved by Councilman Aldcroft, seconded by Councilman Gipson that Cascade <br /> Improvement Company be instructed to take immediate steps to secure the <br />� re�i.dence at 211(3 I3roadway and that they be allowed a 90 day continuance <br /> of. this pronosed 'iesolution to dispose of the Uuildi_n� and/or property. <br /> i <br /> _i <br /> 202 June 29, 1�77 <br /> Il <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilmen Moore <br /> and Michelson who voted no and Councilman Langus who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> I •+ �` <br /> I <br />� <br /> i� <br /> i <br />
