The City of Everett Suilding Official be and <br /> hereby is authorized and directed to proc. F�d with the work <br /> required and specified in the hereinabove described NOTICE <br /> OF UNSAFE BDILDING (S) in accordance with the provisions of <br /> the hereinabove descrided City of Everett Building Code; <br /> provided, however, said work sh�ll not be conmenced until <br /> not less than 10 days after date of personal service or <br /> 15 days after date of mailing by registered mail or certified <br /> mail of notice of the herein described Everett City Council <br /> order (resolution) to each of thise named sn said NOTICE <br /> OF UNSAFE IIUILDING (S) as the owner (s) or the unsafe building (s) , <br /> structure (s) , or portion (s) thereof described in said <br /> NOTICE OF UNS1�E'� BUILDING(S) . . <br /> Section 2 .
