T, Erickson <br /> � An order was gi�en to Johnny Walker� owner of Town House Restaurant� to change the <br /> obstruc{ed exit on {he 2nd floor of the above-named restaurant {o comply with the 1961 <br /> E Uniform Building Code under Section 3301; Para. "H" <br /> On Sept, 12� 1963� an inspection was made. The obstructed exit had not been chanped but <br /> S panic hardware had been installed on the door. In talkin� with {he owner of the <br /> restaurant� Johnny Walker� he informed me ihat the Fire Chief� William Kidder� told h�m <br /> S the panic hardware was all that was necessary and he had no intention of changin� {he exit. <br /> AThereforep I would like a letter from the Everett F[re Dept, releasing the City of Everett <br /> euilding Inspector from any responsibility in the event of a disaster in the above- <br /> G mentioned restaurant. <br /> E <br /> Rri�i_v REr.ni,[•��r�p � <br /> :.tr., ,- ,c. <br /> I �:,�c <br /> L.
