The iisted requirements are <br /> placed in response to our review of this information: <br /> MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br /> 7. A londscape strip a minimum of 5 feet in width must be provided along the <br /> north property line between the office building and the righL of Way to block <br /> car lights and the view of the parking area. Plantings in this area must be <br /> evergreens a minimum of three feet in height and must create a screening <br /> effect. (SEPA Light and Glare and Aesthetics Polioy) <br /> MITZCATION REQUZRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES I <br /> 1. A fire hydrant is required Within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 <br /> feet of every structure per Ordinance 493-78. (SEPA Public Services and <br /> Utilitiea Policies) <br /> 2. Special charges for connection to the sewer system in accordance with <br /> .� Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cosF, shall be computed by the <br /> Building Department per the ordinance in effect aL tt�e time anG according to <br /> the information provided on the approved plans on the date ot permit <br /> issuance. (SEPA Utilities Policies) <br /> 3• ' A continuoun masonary foundation shall be provided for the proposed office <br /> building per the Building Code. (SEPA Other Policies) <br /> 4. Parking must be provided in compliance with Zoning Code requirements. A <br /> mi��imum of 5 spaces are rcqulred for employees and customers. These must be <br /> striped per the City �tandards and Specifications Manual. (SEPA <br /> TransportatlonlCirculation Policies) <br />
