Everett <br />Railway, <br />Light <br />and Water <br />Co. <br />Puget Sound <br />International <br />Railway <br />and Power Co., <br />Lessee <br />NOTICE TO PLUMBERS <br />AND <br />APPLICANTS FOR WATER <br />Before any connection can be made, either with the mains or with <br />service pipes attached to the mains, for family use, water closets, bath <br />tube, hose bibs, or any other fixture for the supply and use of water, ap- <br />plication must be made by the owner or occupant of the premises and per- <br />mission given to the plumber for executing the work, on blank forms <br />furnished at the office of this Company. <br />Should the connections be made In advance of or without such appli- <br />cation cr permiselcn, the water will be shut off from the premises and <br />the plumber debarred from the execution of any work whereby the <br />water may be drawn from the mains. <br />Before a service connection is made by this Company from Its mains <br />to the curb It will be necessary for the applicant for wats to lay his <br />pipes from a point one fool Inside of curb line to a point Inside of his <br />property line, and In accordance with The rules and regulations of this <br />company. <br />No person shall place a lap Ina yard or common area of any prem- <br />ises for any other purpose than that of sprinkling or Irrigation, and no <br />tap for such purpose shall bt so placed as to be accessible to persons <br />living on or occupying neighboring premises. Water shall not be al- <br />lowed to page to tape placed In violation of this section, or If turned on <br />to any such taps, shall be shut off until such tap Is removed to some un- <br />exposed place on said premises; and'no tali shall be placed In any yard <br />or common area or any premises for any purpose unless another tap <br />shall have bnn previously placed and be In line In the house situate upon <br />such premises. If water shall be used from a lop placed In a yard or <br />common area for any other purpose than that of sprinkling or irrigating, <br />this Company will discontinue the supply of all water to the premises upon <br />which said water Is so used. This rule does not apply to water supplied <br />for building purposes on the premises. <br />Notice sbnll be given forty-eight hours In advance for tapping the <br />mains. <br />A. C.
