Erickson:
7EtFrxo:E z59-4Si
AALA CODB 10G
FlLE NO.
This letter will confirm our recent conference in your oftice
in which I stated that my client, New Frontier Enterprises I,
Inc., does not elect to demolish the exiting structure at
2428 Broadway (currently being leased by Channel 3) as vas
stated in the original letter dated February 3, 1970.
Under the circumstances, my clients realize that they will
have to bring the existing structure up to building code. At
this time, it is intended to lease the property for sale of
automobiles, so a small structure is needed for the salesmen.
+Tould you please at your ear.liest convenience, have an inspec-
tion made of the existing building and then in writing inform
us of what must be done to bring the building up to current
code.
Your cooperation is appreciated. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to call me.
o : .. ,.,...., t .. .,..,..-
JDW:js
cc: Channel 3 of Everett
L1lJr' r?r,
 ; , i
AUG 1 1 1971
CITY GF EVERETT
Iinectiuri Dept.
