Because of the large audiencc and a number of items on the agenda, the Chairman suggested the agenda items be moved around to fit the laryest number of people present. This suggestion was then agreed to by the Board arid the audience. A hearing was held on the application of Consolidated Dairy Products Company, 635 Elliot Ave. W., Seattle, WA 98119, for a variance from Section 19.90.020, Off-Street Parking, for permission tc reduce the numbcr of parking stalls to fifty (50) rather than the required . one hundred and ei�hteen (118). Mr. Collins also mentioned his financing for a restaurant was now available so they could proceed as planned, if the Board would grant the variance requested. The minutes of May 3, 1976, concerning Consolidated Dairy Products were read in order to bring the Board and the audience up to date. It was also reiterated that additional off-strcet parking is avail- able during the proposed restaurant's maxirnum hours of usage. There was no opposition from the audience. � After listening to the testimony and considering all the facts, it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Kristiansen, and unanimously •, carried to qrant the applicant's request for the following reasons: ; 1.
