The regular <br />at 7:30 p.m <br />Washington. <br />r� <br />September 12, 1977 <br />-J/ ' � /l/l�/ <br />�� _. /-r " <br />meeting of the I:verett Board af Adjustnent was held <br />in the City Ha'L1 Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, <br />Mr. Russell presided; Mr. Black and Mr. Rristiansen were present; <br />Mr. Baird and Mr. Serg were absent. <br />Because of the large audiencc and a number of items on the agenda, <br />the Chairman suggested the agenda items be moved around to fit the <br />laryest number of people present. This suggestion was then agreed <br />to by the Board arid the audience. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Consolidated Dairy Products <br />Company, 635 Elliot Ave. W., Seattle, WA 98119, for a variance from <br />Section 19.90.020, Off-Street Parking, for permission tc reduce the <br />numbcr of parking stalls to fifty (50) rather than the required . <br />one hundred and ei�hteen (118). <br />LEGAL DESCRIpTION: Block 567, Lots 11-22 inclusive, F'lat of Everett <br />ADDRESS: <br />ZO1dING: <br />253�1 _Broa�yc <br />C-1 General Commercial <br />Mr. John Collins represented Consolidated Dairy Products and <br />explained a•aariance had been granted before ori the same issue but <br />more than one year had lapsed so he was reapplying and reinsi:ating <br />his position. Mr. Collins also mentioned his financing for a <br />restaurant was now available so they could proceed as planned, if <br />the Board would grant the variance requested. <br />The minutes of May 3, 1976, concerning Consolidated Dairy Products <br />were read in order to bring the Board and the audience up to date. <br />It was also reiterated that additional off-strcet parking is avail- <br />able during the proposed restaurant's maxirnum hours of usage. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />� After listening to the testimony and considering all the facts, it <br />was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Kristiansen, and unanimously <br />•, carried to qrant the applicant's request for the following reasons: <br />; 1.
