Topsoil T}�pe A shall be free of��•ecd seeds, and have a pH behvecn 6.0 and 7.0. Mechanically blend and pre-mia all topsoil prior to dclivery. One hundred percent ofthis mixture shall pass through a 1-inch sie��e. Pro��ide a 1 gallon samplc and sieve analysis from an approved topsoil laboratory to O��mer's Rcpresentati��e for approval prior to dcli�•cry.
