These are net SEPA conditions but are <br /> associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon <br /> the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal <br /> must comply with all ordinances In effect at the time a complete bullding permit applicat!on is filed, <br /> including those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, <br /> please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department for information regarding <br /> appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> 1. Adequate assurance that structural integrity of 2718 8roadway is maintained is required prior to <br /> approval of demolition permits. [Owner: Hugh Edwards 425-252-2322] <br /> 2. Demolition Permits are required. <br /> 3. Puget Sound Clean Air Agency approvai is required. <br /> 4. The cn-site septic system must b? abandoned in 3�cordance with any applicable Snohomish County <br /> Health Department guidelines or r�quirements. <br /> 5. Sediment and debris must be prevented from entering the storm drainage system in the alley or in <br /> Broadway. When the buildi�g has been demolished, an erosion a�d sediment ccntrol plan may be <br /> required to prevenl erosion of exposed, on-site soils. <br /> 6. The Washington Stale Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable mears of <br /> controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled <br /> by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave <br /> the site, and installing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is <br /> also a major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigge�violations and fines from the <br /> Dep2rtment of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br /> � <br /> �3 <br />
