Demolition Permits are required. <br /> 3. Puget Sound Clean Air Agency approvai is required. <br /> 4. The cn-site septic system must b? abandoned in 3�cordance with any applicable Snohomish County <br /> Health Department guidelines or r�quirements. <br /> 5. Sediment and debris must be prevented from entering the storm drainage system in the alley or in <br /> Broadway. When the buildi�g has been demolished, an erosion a�d sediment ccntrol plan may be <br /> required to prevenl erosion of exposed, on-site soils. <br /> 6. The Washington Stale Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable mears of <br /> controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled <br /> by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave <br /> the site, and installing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is <br /> also a major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigge�violations and fines from the <br /> Dep2rtment of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br /> � <br /> �3 <br />
