Following a site visit <br /> and diecussions with Mr. Martin the following modification <br /> has been approved: in lieu of the two interior landscaped <br /> arens, an equal or greater area of landscaping shall be <br /> provided along the north edge of the parkinq lot adjacent to <br /> the sinqle family house. Landscapinq for this area and all <br /> other required landscape areas shall t+e in conformance with <br /> City standards and shall include vertical everqreen plantings <br /> and evergreen ground cover per the landscaping standards. <br /> We will also consider eliminating the requirement for the six <br /> foot site obscuring fence on the north side of the parking <br /> lot adjacent to the single family home if we receive a <br /> written request to delete that requirement from the o•�+:�ers of <br /> the dwellinq unit. <br /> A five foot landscaping strip is required along the entire <br /> frontage of the parking lot on California Street, including <br /> the loading bay, but excluding of course the all.ey entrance. <br />
