PCB Containing Light Ballast: During thc inspection a total of approximately 2011uorescent lights were discovered in thc building. Ten percent of these were inspected for PCB ballasts. No PCB confaining light ballast were discovered, howe��er,the shields on the light fixtures inspected were rnated with PCB oil. The light fixtures should be considered contaminated. LIMITATIONS OF INSPECTION The solc purposc of this inspection report is to document the asbestos and lead containing building materials discovered in the inspection and non destructive sampling of suspect materials by The Knebel Company personnel, at the Uuilding located at 2923 Broadway Avenue Everett, Washington on March 1 l, 2002. In strict accordance with NESHAPS regulations, this site visit consisted of a thorough visual walk through of the building for the purpose of viewing and sampling potential ACM.
