There is also a mezzanine space above thc o�ce areas on the east end.'I'he <br /> roofconsists oflnultiple layers ofroofing, felt papers,and black asphaltic tar, co��ered with silver <br /> roof coating. The primary source of Ucat appeared to be gas, ceilinr mouNed space heaters, <br /> (occupants strrted thcy wcre taking thc hcaters when they vacated the building). No suspect <br /> thertnal system insulation was discovered during Ihe inspection. <br /> ASBES'f0!i: <br /> Gray 9"X 9"floor Nle and bro�m mastic(homogenous material t101)was discocered in the <br /> restroom in the NW corner of the south side ofthe building. The gray flaor file was tound to <br /> contain 2% chrysofile a�bestos.
