Toxic Characteristic [.eachie¢Protocol(TCI,PI <br /> One TCLP sample(sample#TCLP-2940)consisting of painted 8c unpainted wood,painted <br /> cement masonry units, brick, roofing materials, fiber glass insulation,gypsum wallboard,wall <br /> coverings,carpeting, and flooring materia►s wac extracted and aoalyzed for levels of leacheble <br /> lead. The sampling and analysis of these materials is for the pmpose of demolition waste <br /> designation. Items not included in sample were metals as theu items can be recycled. Semple <br /> results show 1.20 parts per million of lead,which is below rcgulatory limits of 5 parts per millioa. <br /> The materials can be di�osad of as grneral construction debris. <br /> PCB Containing Light Ballast: <br /> During the inspection a total of 2 PCB containing light b�llast were discovered. These <br /> lig.ht ballazt are located in the stainvela on the second floor. <br /> LIMITATIONS UF INSPECTION <br /> The sole purpose of this inspection re��ort is to document the asbestos and lead containing <br /> building materials discovered in the i ispection and non destructive sampling of suspect <br /> materials by The Knebel Company personnel, at the building located at 2940 Broadway <br /> Avenue Everett,Washiegton on February 5, 2002. <br /> In strict accordance with NESHAPS regulations, this site visit consisted of a thorough <br /> visual walk throug� of the building for the purpose of viewing and sampling potential <br /> ACM. As asbestos surveys are non-compreliensive by nature, The Knebel Company, Inc. <br /> cannot be held liable for materiais which require destructive means to access,materials <br /> which are hidden from sight(e.g. materials hidden behind walls), materials which cannot <br /> be found due to their obs+;ure nature, or which otherwise cannot be discovered with <br /> reasonable diligence. <br /> The building was unoccupied during this inspection. As the electricity was still on, wiring <br /> was not sampled. Any suspect asbestos containing materiats discovered during the <br /> demolition project,that have not been sampled, should not be disturbed until an i <br /> assessment of the suspect material can be made. � <br /> This survey does not include documentation for other hazardous materials that may exist <br /> on site, such as soil contamination due to storage tanks, exterior electrical vaults,etc. � <br /> I <br /> I <br />
