Recommend that th� method ot fulfilling the parking requirement of 30 spaces <br /> be stated positively within the approved variance as "X" many spaces adjacent <br /> to the neu� structure• and the remainder on the new parking lot north of the <br /> Senior Center. <br /> 4. A survey is being cunducte� to e'etermine the ex'sting parking impact and that <br /> which may result from this development.
