The notes on Sheet S-1 and the drawings indicate that only the cells containing reinforcement will be grouted. 7. The seismic analysis was made considering the weight of the masonry walls to be only partially grouted. If the design is changed to fully grouted, then new seismic calculations should be submitted. In the alternative, if the stresses are adjusted on the basis of partially grouted construction, then new calculations must be submitted to justify Comment �6, above. S.
