The remaining condition that needs to be ! <br /> completed before the Certifi.cate of Occupancy can be signed <br /> is the landscaping of the Exxon property as ahown in the <br /> landacapinq plan. Enclosed is a copy of the plan with <br /> circles around the areas that are not meeting the landscaping <br /> plan requirements. The sections that need more landacaping <br /> are the northwpst section by Broadway and the southeast <br /> section along Pacific. These areas need at least three foot <br /> high plants and a few evergreen trees . It is the City's <br /> intent to beautify Pacific Avenue aince it is a major <br /> entrance into the City. <br /> Once the landscaping is planted, we can sign off on the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy. I£ there has been no action to <br /> complete the remaining requirements within 30 days or a <br /> written commitment to do so in the immediate future, this <br /> matter will be curned over to our Zoning Code enforcement <br /> officer as a violation.
