Structure No. 2 is located at 2731 Rucker, adjacent <br /> �� ' to the Everett Public Library and across the alley from thc <br /> � Everett Elks Loge. <br /> The engineering services will consist of a visual, walk-through <br /> review of the present structural condition of the two structures. <br /> � �� This work will include examination of plans and specifications of <br /> any original construction documents which may be in �xistence. <br /> These documents, if available, will be provided by the Public <br /> ' ,�' Works Department, City of Everett. <br /> in addition, measurements and photos of the structures will be <br /> made sufficient to predict the li� e load capacity of these <br /> � �+.� structures based on their present condition. The accurate <br /> �� determination of the live load capacity will be limited by the <br /> availability of this definition, the load capacity will be based <br /> i , on research and on visual examination only.
