No portion of the building ia being used for the ?rint nhop. In • n <br /> order to determine your parking requirementa, we need to knor+ the actual uses z <br /> of the building. If the entire building la uaed for profeasional oftice = <br /> space� 26 off-street parking epaces would be required. n <br /> z <br /> In addition� the landscaping on the site does not comply With the conditions = <br /> on the Determination of Non-Si�ificance. Condition 7 required that a minim� v+ <br /> of 5x of the parking area be landscaped. This condition has not been met. o <br /> Landacaping that was ahoxn on the preliminary eite plan on the south property � <br /> line by the parking area was deleted during construction. m <br /> The landncaped area required on the 32nd Street frontage has been provided, <br /> but the landscapi�g does not meet City standarda. Section 1.13 of the <br /> Stt!ndards and Specifications Hanua.l atates� <br /> Plantings as required above ahall consist of: <br /> 1. Continuous live groun3 cover over at least 75x of t6e planting <br /> area. <br /> 2. Evergreen ahrubs, trees, or other vertical �owth at least 36" in <br /> height at time of planting� to n�ber at leaat si: (6) for each <br /> 100 square feet of required landacape area.
