Apartment on 2nd floor has been completely vandalized and <br /> appears that there has been fire damage. There is some <br /> old furniture and debris throughout the apartment. <br /> 5. No kitchen sink and no cabinets. <br /> ' 6. Bathtub not hooked up to service. Bath basin "S" trap <br /> on drain line plumbing not properly vented. <br /> 7. Apartment on lst floor south side of residence, windows <br /> broken out and open to the public. Window frames deteriorated. <br /> 8. No kitchen sink in lst floor apartment. Kitchen torn apart. <br /> 9. Coiling in utility room porch has plaster off. <br /> 10. No el'ectrical service panel to residence. <br /> 11. Bathtub faucet not code conforming. <br /> 12. Bath basin "S" trap in drain line venting of Plumbing waste <br /> � � lines does not comply with code. <br /> 13. Bedroom walls and ceiling plaster fallen off and wood lath <br /> showing. <br /> � 14.
