I am in the process of changing the use of <br /> thfs property from residential to commercial . There is a four <br /> �. (4) inch sewer line and I understand that the code requires a <br /> larger line for commercial use. <br /> The size of this house is 860 sq. ft . Besides myself, two (2) <br /> other staff inembers will be using this facility (office) . There <br /> will be, virtually, no traffic coming throuqh the office and we <br /> xill not always be in the office. I own a claima adjustinq <br /> buslneas. I feel the existing four inch sewer line is more than <br /> adequate to accommodate the demands we would be placinq on the <br /> existinq line and I would like to be exempt from puttinq in a <br /> larger system. I understand that in order to be exempt, I will <br /> have to siqn a Hold Harmless Agreement" with the City of <br /> Everett, Washinqton and I am willinq to do so. <br /> My plans are to move in on or before January 25 , 1991. If you <br /> could process my request by that time, I would greatly appreciate <br /> it.
