The use permit was conditioned on several items being met. <br /> Conditions number 8 and 9 pertained to landscaping and fencing on site. The Planning <br /> Department has reviewed these items and deems that these rivo conditions have <br /> satisfactorily been met. � <br /> At this time, it does not appear that the Public Works permit for the construction of the <br /> parking lot has been given final approval.
