Due to the nalure of the concerns, you are <br /> requested to replace the portion of your sidewalk that is in need of repair along your preperky <br /> fronts at 3311 Broadway to comply with Everett Municipal Code 13.08.010 (copy attached). <br /> The City currently has a sidevaalk repair, repl�cement maintenance program that allows the City <br /> to share the cost of this replacement with you. We offer this shared program to you, where the <br /> property owner pays the material costs and the City supplies the labor and equipment to <br /> complete the repairs. <br /> Please make arrangements to have this work done within 60 days from the date of this letter by <br /> contacting the City's Public Works Department Street Work Group or a Iocai vendor.
