Indicate areas on the floor plan to be licensed under this application 2. Indicate the location, length, materials used and termination of the dryer ducts in accordance with UMC 504.3 and WAC 246-325-012(5)(iii)(E). 3. Provide sufficient detail of the kitchen hood installation so it can be reviewed in accordance with UMC Section 507. Include at a minimum the following; grease duct size and gau�e, clearances between the duct and shait, between fan outlet and the roof and the top of the shaft and the roof. Show locations of cleanouts in the shaft and duct access openings and hood detaiis including overhang of cooking equipment, type of cooking appliance below, grease filtors, clearances and fire extinguishing system - WAC 246- 325-012(5)(iii)(E). 4. Indicate the blank-off of the outside air duct mentioned in note 2 is to be removed and the fans are to be put into fully operational condition. Indicate required fan CFM -WAC �46-325-012(5)(iii)(E). 5. Provide exit signs on either side of the cross-corridor doors and at the east end of the corridor serving the so��th wing —visible the length of the corridor and directing egress down the stariway at the north east comer of the south wing.
