In addition to these violations, the fire cre��i conducting the initial inspectior� made note cf t'�e Foor strvr.'��iral cnnditio� �f the s�a�pertine member� of *.his str��+ure. Sein9 concerned tiJith the potential collapse of the structure due to its present condit;on, the rr�tter was referred to ihe Fire t�larshal 's office, which in turn contar_ted tlie City ef Everett Buildin9 Department about the problem. An inspection uf �his structi.urai prob7em aras conducted by Inspector Druce Hansen, Assista�t Fire Marshal 5ar� Pi'eston and Building Official Doug Budden. This inspection confirr�2d some serious problems with the support of this structure. The entire str!icture is sloped and supporting beams are sayging, deflecting and pulled away fiem the supporting concrete wall . (Section 2.201 �b� U�C, Sectien 203 UBC, and sections of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildinas refer specific�l;y ta this issue. Under the pres�nt condition of this structure, the Fire Marshal 's cffice has determined that this entire buildirg is structurall;; unsafe aL this time. This natter is hereby referred to the City of Evei•ett Bu�lding UepartmeuL for f�rther action on tne C�ty's part.
