This encroachment resulted in numerous <br /> complaints from the owners of the Stadium Mari<ef and Tom's Superette.. <br /> I personally called P7r. Morrison yesterday and he agreed to remove his <br /> merchandise from the sidewalk but I anticipate it :rill be enly a temperar•� <br /> compliance. • <br /> There is confuslon as to whether the licensing division or the City Engineer's <br /> office is 1he enforcing agency on use of City street property ancl as a result <br /> there is very little enforcement of L.C.C. 13.. 12 - 13.
