Foundation members could not be inspected due to personal items <br /> stored in the area of the access to the foundation area . <br /> 8, The north side of the house which includes a bedroom of Apartment <br /> N1 and the kitchen of Apartment d2, slopes away from �:he main <br /> portion of the building indicating defects within the foundation <br /> memGers. <br /> 9. The electrical service has been altered since the structure was <br /> bu11t. No pe;mits or inspections were made of the addition to <br /> the service. The szrvice is substandard and inadequate. <br /> 10. Each dwelling unit shall have at least one operable window in <br /> eacii 6edroom. <br />
