We also have no <br /> reco.rd of your business license as required by Chapter 3.24 <br /> of the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Automobile Sales lots in the City of Everett are sUbject to <br /> the following requirements: <br /> Section 19.46.010 Automobile Sales <br /> A. Open air used car lots must have a minimum usable are <br /> of five thousand square feet and must have a smooth, <br /> dust-free surface of gravel , blacktop, or concrete. <br /> B. Storage or accumulation of auto parts or tires is pro- <br /> hibited. <br /> C. All cars on display must be running order and of good <br /> appearance as to fenders, body, and paint. <br /> Your business to does appear to conform to these require- <br /> ments. <br /> In addition, we noted that several of the vehicles are <br /> parked on the public right-of-way which violates Title 13 of <br /> the Everett Municipal Code. <br />
