April 3, 2013 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., April 3, 2013 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Moore presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Gipson, <br /> Bader, and Affholter were present. Council Member Stonecipher was <br /> excused. <br /> Boy Scout Troop 535 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 27, 2013 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson stated that he was joined by Council Members <br /> Roberts and Bader this afternoon for the opening of Boeing's new delivery <br /> center, a 180,000 square foot building. He expressed kudos to city staff <br /> as the entire planning process from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting was <br /> only 13 months. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> The council members had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Gail Chism, Everett, commended the Public Works Department for their <br /> quick response to her report of a round hole, which she discovered this <br /> morning. <br /> 95 <br />
