(Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, <br /> piease refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department for infortnatlon regarding <br /> appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> 1. A building pertni: is required for the installation of the approved billboard on site. <br /> 2. Per EMC Section 16.02.050, written approval must be provided to the City irom the Snohomish County <br /> PUD and Local Telephone Company, wt�ich states the proposal meets their horizontal and vertical <br /> clearance slandards. <br /> 3. The proposed billboard structure must be setback a minienum of 5 feet from the front (western) propert� <br /> line. Compliance with the standards established in EMC Section 16 shall be met prior to bu�!ding pertnit <br /> approval. <br /> 4. Any liyht source provided on site shall be screened so as not to adversely affect surrounding or facing <br /> properties, or vehicles moving on adjacent public or private roads. <br /> � <br />� <br />
