We have revised our overheac door note to�ote that it will be secured in the full open <br /> posilion d��ing business hours, and that it is openable trom inside without a key or any <br /> specia!knowledge or effortwhen the secured space is occupied. <br /> 2. The CAD base file we received irom lhe building owner included the loilet as shown, and il <br /> was presenl in a rough-in condition when we were in the space to fie�d-verify the <br /> measurements in the space.We understood (t would be compleled=by the landlord prior to <br /> the tenant improvement. We have provided dimensions and we have added interior <br /> elevatlons to sheet A3 to show the required hardware and mounting heights. We have also <br /> shown a cove base and plastic laminale wainscot in the toilet. <br /> 3. We have added exlerior signage to the lisl of deterred submittals on sheet A1. <br /> 4. We have corrected our detail references. We apologize for letting the drawings oul the door <br /> with the old references. We tound the problem wilh lhe interior elevations was thal the detail <br /> bugs on the plan were reversed. <br /> 5. We have revised the counter elevation to show the dimensions of the lowered area. <br /> 6.
