This drain turns northward <br /> within the ailey between Broadway and McDougatl Avenue and thEn eastward within 37" Str�et. <br /> IV. EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL BMP'S <br /> Erosion Ccntrol BMP's shali consist of a rock construction entrance, sill fencmg, and soil <br /> stabilization measures. A sediment pond has also been added at the northeast corner oi the site <br /> with a filtered discharge to the existing storm drain within Broadway Avenue. . <br /> Refer to Section 6 for the required Small Parcel Erosion Control BMP's and sediment pond <br /> caiculations. For erosion and sediment control design refer to Appendix B - Civil Plans. <br /> V. RUNOFF CONTROL BMP'S <br /> The project requires compliance with the 1997 City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> Stormwater will be discharge to the combined sanitary sewer/storm drain lines within Broadway <br /> and 38'h Street. According to discussions with lhe City of Everelt,storm detention and water quality <br /> measures will not be required due to the use of the exisling combined sewer/storm system. For the <br /> on-site storm drainage system refer to Appendix B- Civil Plans. <br /> On-site storm drains have been sized to accommodate a 25-year/ 24-hour storm event using the <br /> Rational Method.
