The Ciry may require am�source <br /> � control BMPs which are appropriate for a panicular business or construction site. <br /> The consiruction site source control BMPs arc organized by the activities found in the Construction Site <br /> Activities Checklist(Table 1-4.1, Section 1-4). These BMPs are mosdy presented in the fortn of guidelines and <br /> should be implemented on all construction sites wherc thc describcd acti��iues will occur. <br /> The urban land use source control BMPs are organized by the activities found on the Land Use Activities <br /> Checklist(Table 1-4.2, Section 1-4). Disposal of excess pesticides and pesticide-related <br /> wastes should conform to all applica6� eral, state and local regulations. General disposal procedures are: <br /> - Disposc of exccss pesticides and p 'dc-rclated w'astes through a licenscd waste management firtn or <br /> treatment,storage and disposal comp T'SD). <br /> - Use up all producu, or give them away to en centers, landscape services, etc. <br /> - Triple rinse containers beforc disposal and re- inse waters as product. <br /> Pesticide storage areas on the construction site should be pr d from the elements,from vandals,and from <br /> unauthorized personnel.
