Per your ir�siructions we have included two complete new sets o(drawings with the <br /> changes clouded. The following is a narrative of the modifications which were made to resolve the issues. <br /> 1. Sheet A2.11 A. The location ot dcors 102, 103, 105 & 106 were a_Sjusted to conform to ICC/ANSI <br /> At 17.1-2003, Sec'ion 404.2.3 by providing 18"on the latch side �f the room side of the doors. <br /> Door 100 was made to conlorm by modi(ying the width of the corridor to 5'-0"ciear by rodifying <br /> parts o(the floor plan. This w�ill allow(or 18"on the puil/latch side o(the door. <br /> 2. Sheet A2.11 B. A decision was made to go with floor-mounted water ciosets which in turn <br /> allowed us to decrease Ihe size o(the plumbing wall and give us extra floor space. For Staif <br /> Toilet 164 this additional space allows for a T-shaped turning space per ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, <br /> Section 304.32. Clearances have been shown for clarity. <br /> 3. Elevation 1/A7.20. The verticai grab bar referenced in ICC/ANSI At 17.1•2003, Section 608.3.1.2 <br /> has been added. A general reference to ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, Sections 608, 609 and 610 has <br /> also been added. Also added on sheet A2.11 B in the Stati Toilet 164 is a note tor the <br /> pretabricated trans(er-type shower size and threshold requiremenis. The drawings w':II eventually <br /> be moditied to include?he model number and vendor tor a pre(abricated shower stall which shail <br /> conform to the code sections mentioned. <br /> 4. Elevation 2 and 7/A7.20. The typical eievations tor the iesirooms have been modified to include <br /> the vertical grab bar per ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, Section 604.5.1. <br /> Please feel(ree to contact me if you've any further questions.
