We recommend posting the address of 3900 Droadway on the proposed signage <br /> (see attached) located on Broadway and 40th Street, in addition to posting the address on the building on the eroadway <br /> facing side, to assist in daily access and emergency response. � <br /> The reason we are making this recommendation is that in the eariy sta�es, this project was originally addressed ofi of <br /> 40th Street, since that was the prmary vehiwlar access. 7hen buildin� was assigned a Broadway address by the city, at <br /> the request or the Schooi District. <br /> Just recently received a call from Assistant Fire Marshal lim Venturo to con(irm if the building was addressed off o( <br /> Droadway or 40th Street. <br /> The city recommends having signs on both streets with the same building address to darify the corner location and dual <br /> access for the building.
