A public hearing <br /> was held before thR Hearing Examiner on March 3 , 1988. On March <br /> 21, 1988, tAe Hearinq Examiner issued a deci�ion to deny the <br /> permit becaue� the use did ^ot meet the public need criteria. The <br /> Applicant requested reconsideration of the Heering Examiner's <br /> decisi,on, which was denied on .�pril 15, 1988. The Applicant then <br /> �+ppealed the decision. On Junc. 8, 1988 a public hearinq was held <br /> before City Council to hear the appeal.
