HOl� <br /> WHEREAS, on July 27, 1988 the Ci.ty of Everett issued a <br /> Special Property Use Permit to John Malletta, 224 Spruce, <br /> Missoula, Montana 59801 to allow the construction of a 540 sf <br /> additiv� to an existing funeral home to house a crematorium on an <br /> approximately 96 ar�:e site located west of Broadway and north of <br /> 47th Street; and <br /> WHERE?�S, subsequently the Applicant rer,uested a revif;ion <br /> to the approved site plan to allow the crematorium to be <br /> relocated from the west side of the funeral home building to the <br /> south side underneath the existinq carport; and <br /> WHEREAS, after proper notice was given as required bv law, <br /> a public hearinq was held on October 6, 1908 before the City of <br /> Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due cc�sidera�ion of the �vidence elicited <br /> during the public hearing, the hae-ett Hearing Fxaminer made <br /> findings of fact and conr.lusions ar.d rendered a deci.sion on <br /> october 21, 1988 to approve the requested revision to Special <br /> Proaerty Use Permit �Y2-88 with the followinv condition: <br /> i.
