On June 8, 1998, the EWerett City Qouncil heard an appeal of an �Verett <br /> Hearing E�raminer's denial of a request fec = Special Propecty Use <br /> Pecmit for the construction of an addition to an existing funeral home <br /> at 4504 Bcoadway, Everett, Washington. 7Y�e Council granted approval of <br /> the addition for a� crematoriun to be developed on-site. As part of� <br /> the approval, the ity imposed uonditions, including a condition that <br /> the site be develoFed in a manner oonsistent with the site plan that <br /> was presented at the public hearing of the appeal. (staff report) <br /> 2. Qi the ociglnal site plan khe crematori�sn was proposed to be developed <br /> on the west side of the funeral home. Rtie Applicant has subsequently <br /> determined that it is more feasible to develop the ccematoriun on the <br /> south side of the funecal hane and thus has requested a revision of the <br /> site plan ard a revision to the Special Propertv Use P�ermit. In order for a S�ecial Froperty Use Permit to be <br /> granted, the criteria as set forth in 1�C 19.58.020(By (1-3) must be <br /> satisfied.
