<br /> 'I FOLL04fING CONDITIONS;
<br /> �� 1. Detailed drawinga, in accordance with City Design and Construction
<br /> �I Standards shall be submitted to the Public Norks Department showing �
<br /> site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, and all
<br /> j� required Smprovements in the public right-of-way. Public Ylorks
<br /> Department approval of these drat:ings is required prior to any '
<br /> ;I permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved,
<br /> and warranted before the (k:cupancy Permit is issued.
<br /> 2. On-site detention is required or in lieu of providing on-site
<br /> detention, payment to City Drainage Fund 340 is required.
<br /> ' 3• As an option availablc to the Applicant, the water system for the
<br /> , site may be connected to Lhe cemetery service off of Vier+ Drive. The
<br /> final de�ermination of the water service shall be made by the
<br /> � Department of Publie Works.
<br /> 4. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer
<br /> than 50 feet, from every structure.
<br /> 5. City streets are to 6ept clear of dirt, and debris at all times during
<br /> con".ruction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as
<br /> directed by the Public h`orks Inspector.
