Our records indicate that you have been notified <br /> on numerous occasions by the City that lour business does not qualify as a <br /> Home Occupation as provided for by Chapte • :�9.44 of the Everett Municipal Code <br /> and that use is not a permitted use in the R-1 Zone. <br /> We iiave also noted that you have recently expsuded the accessory structure in <br /> which your business is located, and are presently oaking an addition to your <br /> residence. Our records indicate that these additione have been and are being <br /> made without the benefit of permits. <br /> These constituce violations of Section 19.14.020 and Section 19.64.010 Et4C <br /> which are aubject to the Penalties for Violations Section of Chapter 1.20 of <br /> the Everett Municipal Code. To correct these violations, please cease the <br /> commercial use of th2s property and obtain the required building permits for <br /> your recent construction activities.
