David Brandvold Narrative on Variance
A) Request is fr modification f front and rear yard
setback requirements .
B) Other adjacent properties have P. U.D. easements and
P.U., has agreed to grant easemeni for ingress and
egress over and across their right of way.
This is a nice lot in a residential area but without
variance the configuration of house would not complement
the adjacent houses in the neighborhood.
C ) Substantial vehicular right of ways presently exist and
adequately handle all vehicular traffic. Adjacent properties
have been improved with similar : imitations and provide
definite neighborhood improvenent.
D) By providing the required front and rear setbacks the
house configuration would severely limit the use and
enjoyment to its owner.
E ) If variance approved I would submit the following
1 ) Proposed construction to be in accordance with
current building code enforced by City of Everett including
but not limited to attention to water run off during
construction .
