I am th@ owner of 6009 Broadway Ave and I live in apartmenl C of that buiiding. I purchased this 4-plex in June of 1999 and moved in at that time. I am wri6ng to express my concems regarding the addressing of the two 4plexes at 6005 and 6007 Broadway Ave. According to my title policy to this building,the owner of 6003 and myself at 6009 have a shared easement driveway for lhe use of our buildings only. We are responsible for the mainlenance and repairs necessary for this driveway. There are no documents of record that show that 6005 or 6007 have rights to this driveway for any use whatscever. All four of these 4plexes were built by the same builder. Each building has 7 parking spaces for the sole use of that building. I have a home office and am at home part of each day. For the month of September I kept track of how many vehicles came into my shared driveway that were not my tenants or the tenants for 6003 and I was appalied at the numbers. On average there were 4 vehicles per day. I have to assume that while I was not here at least another 4 veh�cles used this driveway. This is S vehicles per day. That is a total of 240 vehicles a month, 2,880 vehicles per year and from ihe time the buildings were built, a total of 13 years, lhat is 37,440 vehicles. This is totally unacceplable since I have to pay %:of the cost tor mainlenance and repairs. The buildings at 6005 and 6007 have parking areas in the back of their buildings and have access to those from an alley access on 61 St SE. They are the only property that uses this alley access as it dead en,:s al their property. Because of the way that the City of Everett has addressed these buildings, on Broadway, it is no wonder that ail of the traffic from the tenants, their guests, repair men, telephone trucks, PUD trucks, Federal Express tNcks, moving vans, Piva delivery vehicles, etc,etc, etc. use my shared driveway and my tenants parking spaces, This puts a tremendous hardship on my use of my property for myselt and my tenants as well as a financial hardshio on me and lhe owner of 8003 for maintenance. Many times my tenants and I are blocked from backing out of our parking spaces to leave ourbuilding. I have had to run around and knock on doors to find the party who has left lhe vehicle to get it moved. Many times when my tenanis or I come home there is a vehicle parked in our space and we are forced to park on Broadway because our
